騎車上路，安全最重要，彰化一名男子，機車不是坐著騎，而是站在腳踏板上、雙手放開
舉得高高的，路人看到驚呼，實在太危險了，還有民眾拍到，男子騎機車，但雙手雙腳不
斷大力揮舞，甚至騎著騎著整個人站起來，車身搖搖晃晃，隨時會發生意外，警方表示，
這樣危險行為最高開罰兩千四百元。
男子騎機車呼嘯而過，但他整個人站在腳踏板上，雙手往上高舉，騎在旁邊的騎士好
傻眼，另外一個角度看得更清楚，他整個人直挺挺的站著，雙手沒握住把手，而是直直舉
高，實在太危險了，更離譜的還有這位男子，騎車時，雙手雙腳不斷大力揮動搖晃，邊騎
邊抖動彈跳身體，還突然站起來揮動雙手，就好像乩童上身一樣。
男子一路上不斷變化姿勢，在路上蛇行狂飆，把自己當成是特技選手一樣，萬一要是
發生意外，不只他自己遭殃，還會害了別人，警方表示這樣危險行為明顯觸法，最高開罰
兩萬四千塊。
