請問大家:
一般我在假日騎乘的時候
最多最多就是用youbike環半圈小台北(永和 木柵 貓空 深南 南港 信義區
基隆路 永福橋 看情況有可能再加個河濱 碧潭一圈回永和)
這樣需要吃黑膠 補給品嗎? 還是給那種參加武嶺賽事才需要
不過我有看過騎單車的youtuber騎個新店烏來就要吃?
還是說看自己的體力而定?
想在請問大家 我前幾天終於連2天不落地貓空了 而且我是找到辦法
但是我想再挑戰北47 以前北47我也用過1.0騎 只騎到三濟宮在上去一點就沒力了
北47比貓空長2倍對吧 難度應該也比貓空高吧?

他的成分含菊糖跟奶油,前者增加腸胃蠕動不適者可能
會烙賽,後者是油脂類則是需要身體長時間跟長耗能去
分解,故根本不適合用來騎車補給。
真要填肚子都進超商了也絕不會選soyjoy。
平常真要就吃威德比較不會那麼傷,小七3件特價打折
後不到100,真要平常吃果膠也不是不行,就是量財力
而為。
外國研究職業騎的原本從一小時補80碳水硬灌到一小時
120up,能有效減緩運動後肌肉損傷跟恢復時間縮短,
等於你一小時要幹3包黑膠,威特還沒進黑膠前普通的
要吞6包很痛苦也很傷荷包,黑膠跟黑粉唯一的缺點就
是會黏手...普通的sis比較水就沒有黏手的問題
