一般換“新”卡鞋需要調整座高嗎？ - 單車

上個月換了新卡鞋（汰舊換新），結果幾次騎乘下來，距離稍長左膝內側就會痛，不知道
一般換卡鞋有需要調整fitting嗎？公路卡鞋shimano換nw…或是有其他可能？謝謝！
