經過比較
我覺得我的體力狀態是夜晚>下午>早晨
以烘爐地來說
夜騎5趟、下午3趟、早晨2趟
我想請問人的體力是不是都是夜晚比較好呢?
如果想要調整,該如何讓體力的鋒值落在早晨?
