寒假有個減肥計畫其中執行的運動項目約略如下:《1天24H之內》跑步.....1.5小時【地點:操場PU跑道】呼拉圈.....2小時原地跳舞(或跳繩).....1.5小時腳踏車.....2小時【普通腳踏車~在馬路上騎~會爬坡】走路/散步.....2小時請專家建議該注意事項感恩^^
