請問各位板大
有沒有針對一個月針對短時間騎乘效率的訓練
小弟打算針對20KM的 目標騎乘時間為 32mins
(預計自己應該可以36mins 但尚未實測過)
打算參考以下列表作為自己的訓練模式:
週一 LDS 有氧 耐力訓練 1hr
週二 間歇 1hr
週三 重訓(核心肌群 股四頭肌), 拉筋 伸展, LDS 30mins
週四 間歇 高迴轉 1hr
週五 LDS 有氧 1.5hr
週六 間歇 肌耐力 1.5hr
週日 重訓(核心肌群 股四頭肌), 拉筋 伸展, LDS 1hr
因為訓練方式沒有太多參考項目,或許有很多可以調整或是改進的地方
請問各位大大有沒有任何建議
