「待轉格太小擠不進!」 機車騎士挨罰600元
台北市一到上下班時間,交通繁忙,而議員接到民眾陳情,南港區成功橋周圍的機車待轉
格都不大,卻因為車多,沒停進待轉格,就被拍照檢舉開罰,現在北市交通大隊表示,未
來這類的情況,將從寬認定。

一輛,兩輛,三輛,機車要左轉,得先到待轉區,但待轉格實在太小,有機車騎士因為停
到格子外,被路過的民眾拍下檢舉,讓機車騎士因此吃上600元罰單,氣得找上議員陳情
。

台北市議員(國)李明賢:「因為它路況比較複雜喔,因為待轉區太小,停出車(待轉)格的
話,然後就被檢舉然後就被開單,民眾就跟我抱怨為什麼,因為待轉確實比較安全。」
就擔心大車小車一起轉彎更危險,但看看南港區這個成功橋,往南港方向先遇到待轉往重
陽路,接著是南港路,但兩個待轉空間都很小,成功橋另一頭往內湖方向,石潭路的待轉
格,機車一旦停不下,就得和汽車爭道,相當危險。
記者傅詩涵:「實際來到民眾被檢舉的待轉格,大概4到5輛機車就會停滿,更何況是上下
班,交通繁忙的時刻。」

依照道路交通安全規則第99條,機車沒依規定兩段式左轉,可以開罰600到1800元那,因
為被檢舉,就挨罰合理嗎?
民眾:「當然不合理啊,那設計本身就有問題啊,停不進去的話,你要怪騎士停在旁邊嗎
?」
民眾:「格子就這樣大啊,可是機車很多的話,停不下怎麼辦。」
北市交通管制工程處科長江長恩:「先天上要設計待轉格的位子,比較困難,現在目前的
待轉格的確是比較小,不過我們已經有跟交大這邊開過會,就是說請他們,在待轉格的部
分,以勸導方式取代取締。」
但萬一還是不幸收到罰單,也只能先向警方申訴,目前議員已經協調,讓部分有問題的待
轉格,能夠在不影響交通的方式擴大,但待轉格空間不足,也受限於路口的個別限制,市
府單位,只能更積極找解方。
心得:
到底為什麼一定要堅持用這種已經過時的法規,強迫機車待轉?
然後再來傷腦經待轉格所造成的一堆垃圾問題?
而且待轉還會壓縮到行人的斑馬線空間
如果開放直接,那不是就好了嗎?
