去年有上來問版友想挑戰武嶺(7小時完賽),後來一位版友建議我買功率計訓練台,後
來我就買了一台TACX flux s,並在去年10月底至giant測試了20分的ftp是118瓦(本人體
重60公斤,加上很久沒運動、超弱...),後來去年的11月底到12月初共騎了6次(當時騎
的1小時平均功率是95至107瓦),但在12月生病後就休息到今年5月8日才又開始騎車(課
表是:一個禮拜騎3次、一次騎1小時,1小時騎乘的平均功率從五月的80-85瓦到六月增加
至92瓦,平均踏頻約92-93)。
昨晚想說這樣騎下去可能7小時無望,就在今早用zwift ramptest再測試一次ftp,測出來
是162瓦,跟版上網友提到的誤差值5-10%差距有點大...,也讓我疑惑我目前的訓練要改
成162瓦的tempo(ftp的76%)?還是用118瓦的tempo(ftp76%)來訓練?我真的很菜...目標
只是想在今年9月順利參加線上武嶺盃,再懇請版上各位大大多多指教!
