2014年九月牽z1,從總里程數1000起.
開始用shell advance ultra 4t 10w40.
總里數5000時換下,中間每千公里檢查機油尺,均無失油.
這次總里數9987時,再換下.
中間都沒檢查油尺

只有要去換機油前,檢查油尺,仍在油尺下限之上.
中間總里數在7千多時,有去環島一次,5天跑了1516公里.
有段約200公里左右.幾乎沒在催油門下,
加滿只用了3.97公升汽油(就跳停後,再加至加油孔看到油面止)
不嚴謹油耗紀錄.只要是表速跑在轉速前的順順騎下.
(例:表速先過70後,轉速才跟到7千,再升速過表速80後,
轉速才快跟上8千)油耗都有42~45公里/每升.
要是轉速跑在表速前的騎法.(例:轉速先拉到7千多時,
表速還在60公里時),油耗約35~37公里/每升.
這兩次換下時的shell advance ultra 4t 10w40油品狀況.
個人能接受每5千才換一次,不過若配合空濾髒汙情形下.
會隨空濾每3千~5千換下時,一起換.
