各位好,原作來自表了 囧
這篇是在我腦袋有那麼點不清楚的時候的產物,寫出來的東西跟我當初想的完全不一樣XD
估用的數字也稍嫌草率,不過那不是這篇的idea
真的要算,有沉沒成本要考慮,有機會成本要考慮,照在下身為一個財金系學生的原則...
喔,折現率我都還沒有認真的估算呢。
要考慮那就有更多東西要丟下去,不過我也不想在這邊算,算了三年了 囧
車店的店面成本是不是不應該考慮進來?我的想法是,他算是沉沒成本沒錯。
同樣的,老闆老是在靠邀的加盟金啦,這些一花就幾百萬的東西其實全部是沉沒成本。
這樣看來,老闆抱怨成本收不回來其實不太對,沒理由收不回來你要賣貴一點,
賺到當初花的錢你就賣便宜一點阿。
不過學理上,sunk cost的定義不太明確,剛剛把人稱個經經典課本的Varian個經翻出來
看,只要資產可以變賣,那sunk cost就是=賣價-成本。
那副租金租店面的就算是sunk cost,房子自有就不算嗎?也不是,如果有市場價格,
那就可以用sunk cost公式。
所以要來談sunk cost其實挺曖昧不明的。
就我所知,其實在台灣開車店老闆,有些並不是靠理性行事的。
也是有人靠著熱情就投入下去,比如說K3兄,他如果靠著學歷去找別的工作,現在應該也
坐著數鈔票、不會說投入的錢還沒賺回來了;達文西的老闆也沒好到哪裡去,這人似乎是
學室內設計的,不開車店做室內設計師應該好賺的多。
這只是兩個例子,不代表全部,但是值得參考。
這些東西,很抱歉,也是要算進成本裡的,也就是"機會成本"。
這種估計麻煩的多勒~
