1.睡眠→睡三小時太少(18:00~21:00),天亮上南山開始就進入恍神的狀態。
2.補給→沒吸膠,補給總計↓
出門穀物棒5條南山前吃4
各便利商店紅牛一罐*6
早餐麻婆豆腐飯
中餐巧克力麵包
3.左腳有狀況,9/7雙刷PR(5K跑步/40K滾筒),隔天就PR腳,左腳蹲下去微微腫脹有感,
過去的經驗,路跑的傷騎車會好,整路盡可能輕踩,速度比往常慢

4.埔里客運國光號站離地理中心碑不到2K,要單攻的車友可以多利用(末班車20:30),前
一天用手機預約座位,不需要安排補給車湊人,降低9/77850的門檻。
