我還剩下2個月左右的時間我的工作是大夜班 7-11的我也不常去外面運動!!可以交我再兩個月內練到肌肉嗎?例如就像 仰臥起坐阿 姿勢怎樣做 才會比較會快點肌肉形成!請大家幫幫我我肚子上 還有點肉肉的感謝大家幫我我給20點喔!!!!我要再兩個月內有腹肌或者胸肌><再室內的運動喔�
