雖然一開始油價觸底反彈 但是經濟衰退陰影持續攏罩 美國大幅降息三碼
使得油價在度回落 加上台幣大漲 抵消了一些漲幅
回應下面的問題 並且更新資訊 雖然西德州價格到36元價格
但是杜拜和布蘭特好像沒有我預估的明顯下跌 不知道為啥
起碼能源局查到的走勢結果是這樣 因此價格還要漲更多

原油價格 39.68 42.9
匯率 33.474 32.947
兩者相乘 1328.248 1413.426
以相乘的漲跌幅打八成 得到 5.13%
92基準未稅油價 11.29 乘以 1.0513 = 11.87
11.87 加上調整過後的稅金 9.06 = 20.93
20.93 乘以5%的營業稅 = 21.97 四捨五入為 22.0
22.0 -中油吸收漲幅 1.2 = 20.8 扣掉目前價格 20.1 = 0.7
