這兩周油價只跌不漲 問題是降的時候一樣要回補之前補貼的
也就是說這兩周就算油價降 頂多也只降個0.1 0.2元左右
所以大家春節想去玩就去玩吧 反正油價很平穩 幾乎不會有變動

匯率 33.242 33.549
兩者相乘 1521.116 1442.703
以相乘的漲跌幅打八成 得到 -1.27%
92基準未稅油價 12.22 乘以 0.9873 = 12.06
12.06 加上調整過後的稅金 9.56 = 21.62
21.62 乘以5%的營業稅 = 22.70 四捨五入為 22.7
22.7 - 22.2 = 0.5 0.5 - 0.7 = -0.2
-0.2/3 = -0.066 四捨五入為 -0.1
